I’ve requested for the baptism of the Holy Spirit but I’m not sure what’s preventing it from coming. If I’m in my head too much or it’s just not my time :(

This is something I want more teaching on. 1 Corinthians talks about how people receive different gifts of the Spirit .. so I thought everyone doesn’t receive the gift of speaking in tongues. Would love to understand more about the gifts of the Spirit
