My inboard 2 and 3 completely stopped working... what should I do ? The light bar is only 2 days old . On top of that , I can’t get the brightness of my light bar to Go up

Josh Smykalski - More Linear than TIR, but SoundOff has unique fluting built into lenses...kinda hard to describe

when you say software based???? meaning need computer/tablet to program? software included or does everything work from break out box?

Software is a free download, yes you need a PC (laptop or desktop) to program it. But you do so, based on your wants/needs/desires....not the Manufacturers.
