Unless you have to bride them by buying drinks or foods to the shops inside the rail street in order to enter. That is ugly scene of corruption and severely damage to the image of tourism in Hanoi city. 😡😡😡
@@clive0494 just went there for 5 day tour in June, I did a lot of walking 😂 in old quarter and nearby places, booked a tour for halong bay cruise, ninh binh and etc. can’t remember the other places that I visited but I had fun travelling alone
