About the rude homeless man comments: It's one thing to say it privately but to *publicly humiliate the man to her thousands of followers* is completely crossing the line. Besides, she probably only apologized due to the backlash.
She not only said those rude things, *filmed* herself saying it, *edited* the vlog, *reviewed* the video and *posted it on UA-cam* yet *didn't think it was an issue until someone called her out* and criticized her. Considering that she filmed, edited, reviewed and posted her saying those rude things without hesitation (most people would be ashamed of what they say and cut it out of the vlog whereas she proudly uploaded the vlog onto UA-cam), she probably thought there was nothing wrong with shaming the homeless man which is really messed up.
