The crowd you saw there were mostly local officials. Naturally people put their homes, offices and work environment in order when there’s going to be inspection or visit. However that leaked video has to be investigated properly to ascertain it’s true source and it’s authenticity. Unfortunately this is Ghana, Matters die after few weeks. 🤔
