  • In Bhagavad Gita 2.61, Lord Krishna explains that true sense control is possible only when we fix our mind on Him. Without a higher spiritual focus, attempts at restraint can be difficult and temporary. By surrendering to Krishna and engaging in devotional service, we can gain mastery over our senses and attain steady intelligence.
    ✨ Verse 2.61:
tāni sarvāṇi saṁyamya yukta āsīta mat-paraḥ
vaśe hi yasye’ndriyāṇi tasya prajñā pratiṣṭhitā
“One who restrains his senses and fixes his consciousness upon Me is known as a person of steady intelligence.”
    In this video, we discuss:
✅ Why mere suppression of senses is not enough
✅ The power of devotion in controlling the mind
