On my mans iphone 11, the service disconnects as soon as wifi is connected! I did all the steps above and for a second there, I got happy that there were both service and connection together and just like that it was gone. The thing is, I have the same E sim (same network provider) and connected to the same wifi and mine works (13pro). Is there something else to be done?

Tried everything as suggested in this video and still no network . Went to Jio store and the representative said this is a common issue if we try through sms. He solved the issue within few minutes by deleting the eSIM which was added without network and requested online for a replacement. Had to do biometrics through Aadhar and a live photo captured by the customer care person. Within minutes new eSIM was added with network.

Brother is there a problem with the network signal or something? If you see no SIM on your phone it might be a network issue First try to resolve the problem by visiting an Airtel service center they will clarify the issue for you
