Hi guys! This is the shopping vlog from the day I went to get my Prada Re-edition bag! I legit went to the mall just to look and then after I tried it on, I was fully converted into it as you guys can clearly see.
Everything was filmed on my iPhone. I finally did a voice over for today's shopping vlog, I'm still trying to get the hang of my microphone settings, so I'm sorry that the audio quality isn't that crisp/clear. Going to do more research on how to adjust the settings, I'm the least tech savy person I know soo.. cheers to learning more ~

Prada is my first luxury love brand and I’m trying my hardest not to buy every single beautiful pastel colour they are making at the moment! That peach is amazing 🤩

OK. I know the designer air pod pro cases are so over the top, but I bought the Gucci one and I absolutely love it. It brings me joy every time I see it/use it. Not sure how much the Prada ones are, The Chanel are crazy expensive but Gucci and Burberry are more reasonable. Love the come shopping vlogs because I live in Nor Cal and our closest designer stores are 2 hours away (SF/San Jose).
The Chanel ones aesthetically are soooo cute even the Dior ones too but those prices for a case hurt me 🥲🥲🥲 the gucci ones you have is it the gg print?? Bc that sounds really cute and low maintenance hehe

I have the bag and it’s a very nice bag and matches with most outfit but the chains can make the bag a little heavy if you carry it on a long day
@@lovelylovely5939the mini size (the one ppl wear as waist belts) & the @@lovelylovely5939 size (the square size). @@lovelylovely5939wore the small size a few times for date night and one outing was for all day and I remember the chain being so aggravating because it’s already so heavy and it just felt like it was getting heavier as time passed 😭 i actually haven’t used it since then LOL. I love the bag though. It’s great and I recommend it.

I have both the alabaster pink re -edition bags one with the strap & one without the strap too! & I’m absolutely loving it! I definitely recommend! 💞
You gotta check out the ombre color Lady Dior bags. They're beyond explanation! They're will show up differently in different lightings. I don't know why ppl didn't rave about them. And because they have both light and dark tone on the bag, they're practically the all season bags. They looks good with lighter color summer outfits and I could totally imagine myself wearing that bag with much more dark color winter outfits!
You should really try on the Mini Dionysus bag. It would really be a unique piece added to your amazing collection. Aside from that I think the Dionysus line is super iconic.

Wow the saffiano leather one in cameo beige has been on my wish list but I haven't seen it in person and it looks so pink in some videos! I want a true nude color
Especially comparing it to the online pictures in person it definitely has some pink undertones!

About Prada Re-Edition 2005 Re-Nylon ... yeah, I love this chic, discreet & well-designed bag. 🤩 I call her Prada Cinderella ... because - like the character in the story - she's clean, decently dressed ... but modest. In addition, her posture is not firm (as in the saffiano leather version) ... and the leather label never fits properly. I also find the wide nylon strap disproportionately wide (relative to the size of the bag) ... as well as the mini purse for coins & cards. Which is kinda extra ... as if Prada had added it to the pack - to comfort the buyer that she was paying over $ 1,000 for a nylon bag. 😃
With them all, the owner of the bag looks like a loaded mannequin ... on which several leather goods exhibits are displayed ... due to lack of space. 😃 This Prada Cinderella ... like the future queen (in the story), is hardworking & serves 3 mistresses: Prada Group, replica makers & "dupe" makers. So, she deserves an up/grade. 💗 Last summer, I started to work on an up/grade of this bag - using a replica (quite decently made). The first thing I did ... & Cinderella get ... was to add the "crystal shoes." 🤩 And, because she serves 3 masters ... I gave her 3 pairs of Swarovski crystals shoes. 💗 Then, I removed the wide shoulder strap & put a long silver chain (120 cm) ... to which I attached a device (absolute novelty) for adjusting the length. I used the same type of chain to replace the "chunky" chain used by Prada ... to "rhyme" with the one used for the shoulder port. I strengthened her posture ... so now she's straight & arched - just like the saffiano version. I repositioned the leather label (which was sitting idle). I added a triangular Prada logo on the 2nd side as well: the logo is now on the outside - whether the bag is worn with the zipper puller on the front or back. Also, I changed the inner lining (too sober). It's fuchsia now. 💗 Finally, I made a dust bag for her (has a shoulder strap ... so, it can stay in the bag when it's used & be used as a shopping bag - if needed). Now she's ready for the royal ball. 🥳 P.S.: Check my IG for photos + comparison with the original design.
The pouch on the reissue bag is where you put your air pods. You don’t need a designer air buds case in addition
Don't stop yourself from getting a Dionysus just because a scorned SA told you he "hates Gucci now." It's a cute bag.

UGH SUCH A DIFFICULT CHOICE because the shapes of the two bags are soo similar. If I were to get the Ava bag I would get the tan canvas just because I feel like I could match with it more than the white one.

That shade of pink is perfecttt. I'm super excited for your new Prada goodies. I hope you enjoy them!! As I always say, you never know until you try it yourself. So.. I still think you should give the Dionysus a go to see if it fits your lifestyle. I also believe in investing in staples. So if you love chelsea boots..it could be worth it but that price tag.. eek! The voiceovers were fine actually. I would prefer that just music + subtitles. Just thought it was funny how you pronounced cameo. It took me a while to register what you were saying. xD
When I went to Prada the SA corrected me he told me it’s pronounced “KAH - MAY - YO” instead of cameo apparently?? 😂😂😂 and I still want to try it on again just to see it for myself against my body frame ☺️✨
I‘m thinking about buying the Dior Bobby in all black, but I want it in the small size…. I tried the medium size one on and it‘s too big for my everyday use. Otherwise I like the Bobby Style from Dior =)
