    LYRICS
Smile, though your heart is aching
    Smile, even though it's breaking
When there are clouds in the sky
    You'll get by
If you smile through your fear and sorrow
    Smile and maybe tomorrow
You'll see the sun come shining through for you
Light up your face with gladness
    Hide every trace of sadness
Although a tear may be ever so near
That's the time you must keep on trying
Smile, what's the use of crying?
You'll find that life is still worthwhile
    If you just smile
Smile though your heart is aching
    Smile even though it's breaking
When there are clouds in the sky
    You'll get by
If you smile through your fear and sorrow
    Smile and maybe tomorrow
You'll see the sun come shining through for you
Light up your face with gladness
    Hide every trace of sadness
Although a tear may be ever so near
That's the time you must keep on trying
Smile, what's the use of crying?
You'll find that life is still worthwhile
    If you just smile

This nice song was composed by Charles Chaplin in 1936. I arranged it for classical guitar in a very easy version so more people can play it. Do you want to try it? Slow down the video and play together until you are confident! Then, leave us a comment!

I see that the chords still ring out even when you play notes far away from the chord on the fretboard. That doesn't sound like it can happen in real playing.
