Re watch mo yung tiktok video, gina generalize na donation lang. which by law is not prohibited. Again what is prohibited is donation FROM FOREIGN GOVN. Therefore, donation from say volunteers ni leni or any private person is valid and not a ground for dq.
Further the law requires na i.report nya yung contributions/donations. Which she said right after yung misleading na clip sa tiktok.
