As an MKP member since the 29.05.24 i completely agree with our leaders. On top of it i have to say " be patient ' let them disqualify themself now. Take the evidence of obveous election fraud to court. And go for new elections under the watchful eyes of appointed party members. I support this decision of MKP to reject this Election results, we need to respect the voters of all South African in this representative and participatory democracy, it shows that we are recognising the rights of voters as enunciated in our democratic constitution. This rigging election results caused by the IEC in favoured by other parties should go back at the beginning of the Election to recount the votes. We do not allow to manipulate our voters to the people who have their interest in Parliament to empower themselves. We need to fulfil the obligation of Bill of Rights contemplated in Chapter 2 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa with regard to enforce representative and participatory democracy, accountability, transparency, and public involvement. We are in the right track and good platform to drive this Shosholoza Myl to the new Democracy of the Country by our Leader Mr Zuma ( Msholozi)😄😄
Of course there was some rigging but what’s also frustrating is that our leadership has not taken us into confidence to tell us what evidence they have because all haters claim that there hasn’t been any evidence put forward and we can’t defend that because we have not seen it as well. Some FF+ party agent showed us what she had but we haven’t seen any from our party agents🤷🏾♂️

It does not apply Section 45 of the Constitution. It ( Constitutional Court)violate this provision of the Constitution. But if this Conduct /Act is done by other Leaders of the opposition Parties. It rush to apply Section 45 of the Constitution of the Republic of South to prove on the balance of the probabilities that He or She is not fit and proper person to be the MPs (Member of the Parliament). The Constitutional Court is the Highest Court in all Constitutional matters that should have apply Section 165 of the Constitution to all people Equally but now it favors other relevant people, that is why it is possible to change this Constitution to be able to rely on African Customary Law not from the British Law or Roman Dutch Law.. Our Chief Justice and other Judges had interfered with a pending judgement of the Constitutional Court and Electoral Court by applying the provision of the Electoral Laws Amendment Act that cam into effect on December 2003 together with the Electoral Act of 2008 in favor of ANC through Rigging Election Results in favor of the Ruling Party (ANC) to use his position which have directly impugned independence and integrity of the Constitutional Court. Internationally, the Universal Declaration on the Independence of Justice, which was followed by the United Nations Basic Principles on the Independence of the Judiciary without any restrictions, influences, inducements, pressures, threats or interferences and for any other reasons. It might cause a Public Violence and Protest caused by the Justice system. There were Judges impeached because of the instruction from Political influences, predudices and interference by other Ruling Leaders to the benefit of themselves. Section 165 of the Constitution of RSA, provides to all Presiding Officers who presides in Court, Commission of Enquiry, Tribunal Institutions that the Presiding Officers should preside without fear, Favor, impartial and independence, should not be biased and predudices other person Equally as stated in Section 9 of the Constitution. Therefore all Judiciary Institution including the High Courts, Electoral Court, Equality Court, Consumer Court, Supreme Court of Appeal must apply the Law of general application in an open and free society based on equality, and freedom otherwise the MKP is possible to change the Roman Dutch Laws, British (English Laws) ,Constitution of the Republic of South Africa to go back to apply African Customary Laws that applied by only Chiefs and Headmen. This laws as the Black people are not useful to us as the South African, and we are unable to combat crime on a regular daily basis up until to a certain point of Political who are in high profile and the members of the parliament (MPs).
