Probably got it fixed already but for future reference the correct bypass for the safety and kill switches is to disconnect the black wire with white stripe at the cdi box. Removing the coil ground as someone else suggested won't do anything but stop the coil from firing.
I may be wrong and someone can verify. Try removing the ground wire from the coil and that should bypass all the safety's if I'm remembering right. I will also check my parts. I have a 50cc version of that one. Most of the parts should be interchangeable.

I just got a solenoid yesterday and plan to mess with it again. I will try that bypass you mentioned. Thanks
Coil or faulty CDI would be my next guess.
Is there another video on what you did to this scrambler? What did you find?
unit has kill teather on dash looks to be missing maybe your spark issue
