In person is better because you can see nonverbal body communication. I find myself watching the video if there’s a guest on that’s super interesting or someone that I want to emulate. It’s also cool to see Shaan in full frame. You can tell he’s making progress on his health journey. I like it when people do what they say they’re going to do. 💪🏼
In person seems more genuine just because of the body language and its like a traditional talk show. In person isn’t always possible though and your virtual are great also.
Immediately after finishing the podcast, I had to come here because this is such a fun interview. I love Mark Manson I understand the cringe of his dating coach thing, but Models has been the book that really upped my dating game. Models to me was what the game was to these guys
Not a fan of cliffhangers, they feel like spoilers to me, like the ones used in some tv channels for old people, that they really give away the point of the whole segment of the show, tho not as dramatic in this case, more of a pet peeve here.
With the UA-cam anxiety episodes, you should totally hook them up to a heart rate monitor or like an Apple Watch and overlay that visual on the video so the audience can see some of their vitals and their heart rate increasing as they go up and talk to people about being a flat-earther or whatever the task is. That could really resonate with people and would be interesting to see how it changes from the first person they talk to to the 10th, and so on
I really enjoyed you guys going deep into the pickup space from a decade ago. I loved reading Mark's posts back in 2013. It's been awesome seeing him blow up the way he has over the past few years. Crazy to hear he was a huge Bill Simmons fan too. I was listening to his podcasts back in 2009.
i couldn't get thru mark manson's book. everything he says is either dumb or obvious. the fact that it sold so much proves you don't go broke by appealing to the lowest common denominator.
Hold up...Shaan is out here on this video looking like a whole snack. I rather like this move away from behind the desk. Yass Shaan, the exercise thing is working, working.
Random comment- 12 step program, Dr. David Hawkins work and Sedona Method all have over 70% success rate, that comment Mark made was off, in general though its not great
What do you guys think -- does in person interviews make a difference vs. us doing it virtually?
no
yeah it makes lot of differences in interaction I love in person interview
i just wish you had been there

Two of the content creators I admire the most having a chat. This pod was gold.
thanks andrew -shaan
Paused this Pod to watch social anxiety video, it was one of the best videos on UA-cam I ever encountered.
Totally loving the in person interview format. And Mark is killing it!
he was great -shaan
I love this format. Thankyou.
Does this guy sound like Sam Parr to anyone else?
Less energy but yup, thought so too.
production on this one was next level, great work dudes
Awwww. That heartfelt handshake at the end :)
Shaan, great interview! Well prepped
thanks - to be honest, the prep was more fun than the pod because I got to nerd out on all his old stuff -shaan

You guys are getting nice with the intros. I like the cliffhangers.
ya lol like transitioning on the word copy and stuff. they give a f*ck

Always a treat to see a new video out. Excited for this one
The first minute intro with all the graphics is too much! It works for shorts but it feels very weird in 16:9 ratio!😬
Loved the Diary-of-a-CEO-inspired cinematic intro
Pulling out the hook AFTER the hook…setting the bar high!
Things are getting more pro! This looks almost like a Jay Leno set. Even jokes are better!
This was awesome!
Shaan! Those calf muscles! Way to go!
Production quality at a whole new level! But still has the authenticity of MFM, great episode!
Dope interview! I think that worked better with just the 1 on 1.
Favorite podcast meets favorite author . That was a banger, boys!

Great episode! Fan of Mark.
amazing so much to learn from mark
This is one of those videos where the trailer was better than the episode
The intro music woaahhhh it’s like Walmart Shark Tank
Dollar General Tank

Lets go boys!!
Love it after the first minute
in person is fire
🫐🫐The intro edged me so hard - nice job to the new editor
I was enraged when I saw a new spotify podcast but not the video version, haha. I was getting withdrawal
Reply If you too do not give a f*ck
me
🙋♂️
About this episode I ended not giving a f and I love MFM
What an intro!
person that spend 10 year writing blog and call it grinding is taking on Andrew tate. I'm not fan of tate but it was honestly disrespectful .
Honerable mention "The not so subtle art of not giving a f*ck" - Conor Mcreggor
Random comment- 12 step program, Dr. David Hawkins work and Sedona Method all have over 70% success rate, that comment Mark made was off, in general though its not great
More In-person videos please!
I read it in Portuguese
His book, Models (horrible title), is far better than TSAONGAF.
great, just missing the time stamps.
can we all appreciate how big shaan hamstrings are ?! jees that's a glow up
When Tate says you are the matrix please tell him to fight Jake Paul, hes been dodging that fight
If George Clooney was a writer
New podcast setup ?!?!
10/10 pod
First to comment...
MFM is becoming an addiction 😂
Are just not going to talk about the new setup?!?!
Woah. Hold up.
Shaan has weak CALVES!
Wow guys. What’s with the click baity previews of this pod 🤣
We gotta talk about Shaan's calves. I can only imagine the sheer size of them when he tenses them up. Holy F*ck
Didnt like this one as much tbh
let's goooo
Shaan “calves” Puri 👀
No difference for me!
Haha MFM taking it seriously now
Mark and sams voice are way too similar when just listening to this
Is he related to Charles?
hmm shorts, ok
Get rid of the intro music. It’s so cringe.
youtube has been driving culture for a decade already. Dude's old!
