Great. By looking back your comment 2 years ago, that's plenty of expats now rent here. Probably to reduce traffic jam for those need to go MNC company & that's pro & cons. The market price & rent still keep on increasing. It's one of hottest area in Penang now.

质感上，对我而言它算一般，但地点上它是在高端地点。但至于适不适合那得看看你进去后给到你有没有想买的感觉咯，如果有70%可以接受那就去吧，没有完美的房子😉

只不过要看你的租金数额是否能够符合租客的理想数额咯。如果你买个700-900千的房子月租是在2000左右的范围之内也就意味着你每个月还要贴钱供房贷咯。那如果说要租3000-4000的话，站在工业上班一代的租客如果可以付的了3000-4000的话他们有必要租房子吗？
这就是其中一项需要衡量的问题😊
