The left eye doesn't look at the same direction as the right eyes because the character is on 3/4 position and the left pupil isn't supposed to reach the left eyelid. Just make it halfway to the eyelid so it'll look less awkward.

try using sutodesk sketchbook, it is much simpler and easy to work on, but doesn't have stuff like aplha lock and stuff which saves time. Use Sketchbook, if you get get used to it then it will be easier to use ibis
How did you record this video? Whenever I try to use non-fix view recording from Ibis Paint itself, the quality of the video is very poor. I even use 600-900 dpi on canvas and it's still bad.

Take a pic of a sketch. Open it in ibispaint then create a new layer to do the line art.
