I'm guessing everyone keeps forgetting that's just his parole hearing. The first one at that, he's done half his sentence so we'll see what's up in Oct. My guess is he's getting a set off till next year but we'll see.
@@LEFT4eV3rno he’s not. He’s eligible for parole on October. Meaning he can apply for parole. Then the board decides to reject it or approve it. Know the difference. If rejected, he stays in. If approved, he doesn’t get out the next day. Takes time to process, up to a year at times.

My sister in law her husband is in prison for 20yrs for the same crime, he's already done half of that which is 10yrs and when his parole hearing came up earlier this year he got denied because they thought 10 years wasn't enough punishment so he got denied
