This rendition makes me think of the soundtrack that plays whenever you enter one of the dungeons that has the passage rings, in Tales of The Abyss. It's so peaceful, yet dark and mysterious.
This song... It has a beautiful, mysterious melody, yet somehow calming, serene; just like the darkness of the night and the moonlight shining on the water. It’s enchanting, magnificent, as if your soul is in another world. Then suddenly, the thunder, the continous ticking, the melody reappears, this time more mysteriously, as if an angel is calling the desperate world swarmed by darkness. It’s like a moment of hope in the despair, the pain. It’s just like our inner voice just calling, trying to wake us up from the suffering, the pain in this world to the beautiful wonderland. The music is enchanting, mysterious and calm, like the land of illusion and dreams, but also chilling and epic, like the cruel reality of the world we’re in.
