[ Ingredient ]
- 75g butter
- 65g sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 36g eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pink food coloring
- 95g soft flour
- all-purpose flour 35g
- 4g baking powder
- 7g strawberry powder
-Cream cheese
- Strawberry Jam
- White Chocolate
- Freeze-dried strawberries
[ How to make ]
① Lightly loosen room temperature butter
② Add sugar and salt and mix on low speed for 2-3 minutes
③ Add room temperature eggs, vanilla extract, and food coloring and mix on low speed for 2-3 minutes.
④ Sift the soft flour, wheat flour, baking powder, and strawberry powder and mix with a spatula.
⑤ Let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour
⑥ Bake at 170℃/ 340℉ for 13~15 minutes after molding
⑦ After cooling, decorate with strawberry jam, cream cheese, and freeze-dried strawberries.

✔Tips
☑ Leave butter and eggs at room temperature before use.
☑ Whip lightly at low speed until it is mixed.
(Excessive whipping can spread cookies)
☑ Put the dough in the oven and after 5 minutes, cover the pan to prevent it from burning.

박력분만 사용해도 될까요??
밀봉해놓으면 건조딸기가 많이눅눅해질까요?
건조딸기는 최대한 나중에 올리는게 좋아요. 딸기를 얹은 후 밀봉을 하게되면 눅눅해질 우려가 있기 때문에 추천드리지 않아요 :)
딸기파우더 대신 딸기잼으로 딸기맛을 대신해도 되나요?
