As for the part of them showcasing their “individual way of singing”, weren’t they given the chance to perform it? they sang the song individually. when it came to the part where they were singing together then the skill they need to showcase was harmonization. anyway, they did better in the second song. so overall they did good.

I think lack of time to practice. Because ASAP is weekly. Maybe they're given 2 or 3 days to practice and these stars are the busiest today.
