What an enormous task just to setup the stall! And to take it all down and clear up at night again. I take my hat off to these hard working guys and they deserve all the success!
I love every second of this, the order and teamwork it takes is so skilled and literally unbelievable. I've frequented these lovely places throughout Japan, Thailand and China and I've grown to respect the fine work they do and what a gift to the community they are.
WOW now I am AMERICAN and believe me when I retire this year, maybe around 2024, 2025 or sooner I am going to plan to visit Japan and experience this street tasting food.
Is it true they can only open certain times ? These people should be able to work longer hours if they could.Look at how hard they work setting up everything and I mean everything. They have proven they aren't lazy but determined hard workers. Much respect for all of them!
Wow...amazing Street Food Fighter.👏👍頑張って下さい。It is really great and they are professional.Anyway thanks for sharing and best regards from Bali.どうぞよろしくお願いします。バリ島もよろしくお願いします。🙏🙏🙏
Omg..I am justifiable amazed at the awesome set up of your " mobile restaurant". 👏👏👏😲 👀 when borders are open I want to eat at this food cart..🤩 . .October 2021..
I don't want to complain because I really enjoy these kind of videos. But I do have to say that I don't like the assembly part being over half of the video and the cooking part only lasts 4 minutes. I understand that it's about how hard they are working with their old-school stall but still I think one would like to see more cooking / food instead of how they build their stall for so long. Much love to everyone.
After they set up I never see them soap wash their hands before they start handling the food . They are not sanitary . They should use plastic gloves .

how short is their short business hour?
5pm to 4am. Set up and pack up in that timeframe
Dommage qu on ne puisse pas avoir la traduction en francais
Cash only? Or do they take plastic and phone pay?
I think most yatais accept payment thru cash app. Just scan the QR code to pay.
