I have never heard anyone explain my inner most workings with such clarity and empathy. I found myself crying just listening to you. I thought self care was mostly about getting a massage or a manicure but I see now that self care is learning to release all the expectations that I put on myself. Thank you for this video
I enjoyed the video and very informative. I have moon in Capricorn in conjunction with MC in 10th house quadrant houses, 9th house for Equal & whole houses . It's interesting you mentioned achievement in all aspects of life as oppose to just career, I would definitely suggest that what you said is much more accurate rather than focusing on primarily career which is the usual astrology thing. I try and work too hard on everything even my hobbies and interests , I try to be the best I can be. Another thing is that I am very emotional but rarely show it , but I believe a person can see more from me in my actions if you understand what I'm saying. In all honesty I think Capricorn moon is a control freak but only of their own emotions.
