When the maniquin spawns you have to go down in the place where you get armor in the bunker get downed then townbstone kill the maniquin revive all guns will be gold
I got the social distancing calling card in season 3 of Cold War and it is one of the most difficult things in the game unless you have friends in which I didn’t.
