The Island you where close to is Mandø - not Rømø. You can only go out there during low tide. Rømø you can go all the time. ANd yes, the post with the markings indicated the different water levels at certain years.
Good to see you continuing to use the TET and not just take the easy option on main roads. Keep going with riding the dirt road and you will get better with practice. You could try different ways to load the bike as well as it appears to have a lot of your load is mounted high on the rear rack & seat.
I suck at riding off road, but it way more fun that tarmac. The bike is a bit too heavy yes… I have tried different things, and this is the best setup so have found so far. The bike is well balanced, just a bit too heavy. I only Nice it when going very slow.

By the way, here in the South (USA) we call those small green sticky triangles, beggar’s lice. Anytime you go into the woods hunting or maybe trout fishing in small creeks, you’ll end up with them sticking all over you. I’ve never heard the real name for them. The same applies with cafes, restaurants etc etc, does it not? Great to see it all happening after all the preparations. Must be the first episode without coffee. Now I really need one. I know what it's like to ride those mucky grassy roads here in Ireland. They can be very challenging on a heavier bike with luggage that's for sure. Tried some of them in Normandy too. They were a killer for me. Had to go back to the pavement.

Hi RTB, what tyre pressures are you running off road ? If you are running highway pressures your tyres will not grip so well on the wet ground. 25 PSI is a good intermediate pressure for multi surfaces, though tyre wear will be increased on hard standing. There will always be compromises. Loving the videos too, and the country you are crossing is magnificent. Looking forward to more.

It's nice to see such wide-open spaces in a country so old as Denmark . The red soils usually indicate the presence of oxides of iron -- possibly from ancient glacial deposits . And off-road is still best navigated on a motocross bike -- adventure bikes will always be a compromise . Stay safe !

The laws around camping in Denmark are quite strict, so the place you found was definitely not allowed, like it would have been in Sweden and perhaps Norway. What was the pole in the end? You are getting further south. Just think not long n will be warming up. Watch out for heat when you get to Barcelona. Best time prob April/May before gets up to 30+C. (Actually March for me as I overheat around 20c ha)

N if I was in center would keep in my sight if at a cafe etc. Pretty easy to navigate just can be hectic. (my bro used to ride a scooter). Try London in comparison. (Never again). I'll see what my buddy is up 2..(dutch biker n can speak a good bit of Spanish). You should try n get his bike on a vid its a classic. (Custom/tuned).
I have been to Barcelona 30-40 times so I feel I know it pretty well 😊 I used to live in Spain and go to football matches there. I don’t like to stay in the city, but I know a few places I can hang myself outside of it 🏍😎🏕 But would be fun to meet up with him 😁 maybe I can show him a coffee shop or two 😝☕️

Hehe because I wanted to get to Southern Europe before the snow so I wouldn’t have to wait for spring to ride 😛
