I’ve had an online lesson with Craig Hanson, and it was phenomenal. The insights he gave me improved my swing more in one session than anything else I’ve tried. World Class Golf, indeed!
I definitely love your instructions Craig explained in easy to understand language. What you taught us today I will be trying next on the range. Thanks . Are you anywhere near Southend by any chance z.If so I would love to book a lesson with you
Nice drill. Yes, the best advise I got was to keep the "back to the target during the start of down swing". Notice how Justin Rose and Adam Scott and Rickie all have their back to the target and seem to move the arms foremost (with weight shift) before turning the torso square and then finish at the target. Great Video Evidence Based Instruction. Even us aging athletes can get our arms moving down sooner keeping our back to the target (which keeps the hands and right arm closer to the hips) -- though we won't be able to move our hips and torso as quickly as the pros. Thank You!
Justin Rose is the man. Just take a look at that amazing rehearsal he does before each swing. He does it very slowly and deliberately; it easy to comprehend and duplicate!
I started focusing on right sided downswing.. “hit it with right hand”.. helps with what you’re talking about.. as opposed to pulling with your left side.. working good for me
Craig Hanson delivers again! This elbow move just makes so much sense. Loving these data-driven explanations-keep them coming.Let me know if there’s anything else to tweak!
Amateurs like I used to ne have little or no separation. I know since I would see myself on video. The question is why does it take so many so long to get the feeling? I really don't know maybe you have to feel like you are waiting, but once you get the feeling golf gets a lot easier and better in every way and on every shot. Your mishits are just mediocre shots, not terrible ones.

Thanks for the plug 😊😊
This is exactly what I’ve been looking for in my golf instruction. The level of detail here is unmatched-thanks, Craig!

This is absolutely the best information I’ve seen on UA-cam. I can’t wait to try this move.
Awesome! Thank you! .. i really appreciate that you took the time post 👍👍
I love the emphasis on the elbow connection in the downswing. This kind of evidence-based instruction is exactly what golfers need.
definitely, there’s just simply too much stuff posted that is not helping Golfers 👍👍
This is pure gold. It took my game from 11 to a 9 handicap . Thank you .
your welcome 👍👍

Glad you liked it thanks so much 👍👍
Craig, you’ve got the ability to explain complicated moves so easily. Thanks for all your help with your coaching. ❤
My pleasure! 👍👍👍
Thais for the lesson. It works but has a tendency to open the club face and push the ball right
.
Harvey Penicks magic move
👍👍👍
Would you think someone with lumbar fusion of 4 vertebrae should be attempting this technique? There seems to be quite a bit of twist involved.
The video is about how the elbow moves? What twist are you talking about?
Sorry. Must have been a different video. I’ve watched several lately.
I think it was in the shift and lift video.
All I know is it’s always either 90 or 95% of us aren’t doing 99% of the right things
something like that .. it’s definitely a lot 😆
I do this but still manage to come across the ball because my shoulders and hips turn at the same time after getting to this position
You really need to look at the separation series at worldclassgolf.com
You are the one teacher I trust. So much misinformation out there
Thanks so much .. yes be careful what you watch 👍👍👍
Those amateur golfer videos of just pulling the right shoulder across are literally me 😆
😊😊… you’ll get there. Thanks for sharing
Am i alone who find it easier to tuck the right elbow with shorter clubs ?
I need to keep my torso in position with the driver…
Reconnect the arm to side belongs to that tucking feeling 👍👍..
@ Yes. Will do. Thank you

That’s how hard golf is .. great information and practice otherwise you play shitty golf for the rest of your life ..
I think it is fair to call the "lag wall" the "Hanson Neal Wall"
because I think you blokes were the first to spot it.
Yes it’s something i discovered a few years back actually…. thanks for noticing 😊😊😊.. that’s good for my ego! 😊
