I think most people get thrown off by the opening riffs, I remember never even listening through it both because of the opening and the point in part 4 so when I finally heard I regretted not hearing the ending
I love the way you reacted, a lot of people just don't pay enough attention on the visuals or on watching all the version. Gg, you deserved my subscription
I think the CG was an attempt to recreate the detailed artwork of the manga while still keeping it as fluid as possible. After part 3, the cg animation team went on to work on other projects and the budget for JoJo's was cut a bit, so they had to animate the intros in house. They got some budget back in part 5, I think. You've already heard that Netflix paid to have exclusive streaming rights for a time, so the studio used this chance to rehire the cg team since people really liked the cg intros.
I like jojo animation and jojo reaction videos. I can't believe this is your first video, the video and reaction are so neat. I can't tell you about the changes that occur in the opening because it can be a spoiler for the anime, but if you watch the anime, you'll know that it's an even better opening.
Not sure if you noticed, but the very last intro had replicated the first intro in reverse, as well as showed a view of all the 6 main JoJo's. This is because the events in part 6 is meant to mark the end of this saga that has been going on for generations (since every main character named JoJo is biologically related). Parts 7-8-9 are still in manga form & also take place in a different universe from the previous 6.
To sum up the show: Series follows the adventures of a bloodline as they encounter supernatural events. For the bloodline part, as an example, the first season's protagonist is the grandpa of the second season's protagonist. The connections become more complicated later, but it still follows the family bloodline.
i really love watching reactions where people actually enjoy reacting to jojo's openings, trying to give their honest opinions, it makes me so proud of these series bc people only know it for the memes (and that's totally fine bc the show is hilarious), but i also love when people appreciate it for the masterpiece that it is, the artstyle, the plot, the characters, the colors, the music, everything. This show really is amazing, I started it not being interested at all but it ended up being my fave anime even tho i don't really like animes about fighting, this show has something addictive to it, i don't know what it is but once you watch it it becomes your fave anime or one of your favorites, i'll always recommend it 💘
If you're wondering about whether it's CG, some of the openings are but the anime itself isn't, with some exceptions of certain scenes having CG elements
Amazing reaction! Not so many people reacts like that😻 If u wanna react next , then i recommend you to watch black clover openings. They also energetic vibe and rocky❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥 Good luck!
Thank you! I wish I could react to black clover but I'm already a big fan of BC - I know the openings pretty well! I could maybe do one in the future if people would still like to see a reaction though.
Part 6 is currently a netflix exclusive and as far as I'm aware there isn't a physical release yet for people to rip the dvd versions of the footage. Soo yeah netflix u.i.
Recommendation for a unique opening: Blood Lad opening There's only 1, not a lot of reviewers made a review on this one :D good luck with the channel! I subscribed :D
If you want to watch JoJo, I highly advise that you watch it carefully and pay attention a lot, rewinding if anything is unclear, because it is incredibly easy to miss stuff, forget or misunderstand critical things and then be majorly confused, especially in the later parts. And from this some fans then spread misinformation about how stuff works which then creates more confusion... This can really impact the enjoyment of the show depending on how it is approached, it really rewards if you pay attention. Some subs even have mistranslations, so that does not help either :D But there is stuff like JoJo's Bizarre Encyclopedia that can help if anything. Amazing source. But I would check it only once you are done with the show. DO NOT use the JoJo Fandom one, since it is outdated and inaccurate at times. JoJo also is not for everyone, it depends on the mindset. Do not expect some top-tier, multi-dimensional characters and story, that is not its goal, but it still has its own surprises and is good at twisting certain tropes (and inventing others). It is mainly a love-letter to especially Western pop-culture of 60s-00s and it is full of sheer, over-the-top, non-sensical bizarreness with featuring highly stylish fashion and art-style (especially later on) with lots of flamboyant colours and styles. There are lots of creative and random moments out of nowhere, running on the "Rule of the Cool" where something can be used just in the moment to make the scene cool and then be generally done with it if the author feels it is not cool enough. There is BIZARRE for a reason in the title, after all. It is not "JoJo's Completely Normal and Logical Adventure". So while you do not really question it too much and just accept the sheer ridiculousness, if you do not pay attention however, you will get confused quickly and then it starts snowballing. There is a lot of misinformation about JoJo and how stuff works because of it... JoJo features a massive amount of references to music, art, movies, fashion, other Manga etc., naming its characters and powers by them directly. But the official versions have to censor these references, listen to the Japanese voices for the actual names. Its first Parts are inspired by Fist of the Northstar and the 80s Battle Shounen power system, but later it develops its own unique system that then inspired others. You can also watch how the author develops his artstyle, starting with the 80s overly-mascular until he later shifts and perfects his own completely unique a detailed style. JoJo is almost as old as DragonBall, and is also very influential like Dragonball, while it was quite unknown until the new Anime in the West, in Japan it is a REALLY big name, being constantly referenced in other Manga and Anime and inspiring other Manga like HxH, Yu Gi Oh, or series like Persona etc. and basically it started the whole Spirit Guardian trope and the "every ability is unique and you need to out-smart your opponent", you will probably start noticing a lot of references to it in other stuff. This starts in Part 3 (1989). The first 2 Parts use an older Martial Arts system reminiscent of 80s Manga. JoJo is probably the most referenced Manga out there, or at least in the top 3. There are at least 300 works (Manga, Anime, Video Games etc. etc.) that reference JoJo, usually multiple times. It started in late 1986/early 1987. Currently, the Anime adapted it up to Part 6 (which ended in 2003 in Manga). There are 9 Parts in total, so Part 7 and 8 do not have Anime yet, with Part 9 currently releasing monthly. As was mentioned, it is divided to Parts, each of which has a different setting, time and characters, with some recurring characters sometimes. Every protagonist is named JoJo, but that is just a nickname, since the name and surname always includes Jo in it. You have JOnathan JOestar etc. It used to be a Weekly Shounen until Part 6, but in Part 7 it became a Monthly Seinen. From Part 7, the Parts are much longer too, with chapters being generally around 2-3 times the length (Part 8 took around 10 years to finish, which was nearly the same period of time as it took for the first 5 Parts 1987-1999), granted those released 4 times as fast. Obviously, this makes JoJo longer than One Piece in terms of its length :D Although Anime is MUCH shorter, at 194 episodes (counting also Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan, which you really SHOULD watch after Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable) for now :D If the rest is adapted, it will probably be around 350-400 episodes long. Yeah, it is a pretty long essay, but... I always do so :D Luckily I have most of it copied :D
Damn, thats a lot of information lol. I have actually already uploaded the first episode reaction and so far so good, nothing too confusing. Thanks for the information though!
@@PeaceReacts Yeah, sorry :D I always write like that :D Abilities and concepts start to get more complex once Part 4 starts. But, except for maybe...5 or so abilities which can be tricky (but are also understandable if one pays attention and/or reads the Wiki after they finish the Part or show), you should be fine. Cool, may check it out. Enjoy the journey!
Part 1: Phantom Blood- Late 19th Century nobleman Johnathan “Jojo” Joestar must master the martial art called Hamon if he hopes to defeat his evil vampire brother, Dio Brando. Part 2: Battle Tendency- Johnathan’s grandson Joseph Joestar fights to keep the power of the Red Aja Stone away from the super-vampires called The Pillar Men. Part 3: Stardust Crusaders- DIO has resurrected, so Jotaro Kujo, grandson of Joseph Joestar, must master the powers of his Stand [Star Platinum] to find and defeat DIO and his Stand, [The World]. Part 4: Diamond Is Unbreakable- Josuke Higashikata, user of the Stand [Crazy Diamond] and long-lost teenaged son of Joseph Joestar, fights to protect his home town from the serial killer Yoshikage Kira and his Stand [Killer Queen]. Part 5: Golden Wind- Giorno Giovanna, the son of DIO and user of the Stand [Gold Experience], seeks to defeat the Italian mafia and their enigmatic boss Diavolo, who wields the Stand [King Crimson]. Part 6: Stone Ocean- Imprisoned for a crime she didn’t commit, Jolyne Kujo, daughter of Jotaro Kujo, must master her Stand [Stone Free], escape prison, and end the machinations of Father Pucci, the last disciple of DIO and user of the Stand called [Whitesnake].
