One Framer:
Effects > Fuzzy.
Shorten effect depending how long you want the glitch to be.
Copy Effect > Replace > Shake 1
Copy Effect > Replace > Neon
Repeat process with: B&W Comic 2, Edge Glow (Adjust to 100), Negative (Adjust to 100), Interlacing.
Get any colour overlay, make overlay as the duration as your effects.
On your overlay, go to blend and choose color burn or overlay.
Your done.

bud they removed manual background removing brush and now you have to take pictures externally and remove the background using another app and do the thing
