Say, I have about 500 books and may I put a wall mounted library on either south or west wall in north east room? I have a bedroom in NE and I am just about to put temple, an table/chair along with computer and library. Other than these, nothing. I am seeking your opinion because library books may have weight. However, I will cover it in proper off-white cabinet. So also overall theme is off-white for temple, table, chair. Rest of room (12 by 12) is empty and only temple (east wall), table (east wall) and library (south wall) of north west area. In west , just small light weight sofa... Entrance of home is west... overall, in NE area, intend to put temple, office table & chair and library. Thanks
@@tintinfromindia2103 Making a Study room in the Northeast Direction of the house is a very good decision. However the ideal directions for placing bookshelves and cabinets in that study room are east or north. I would recommend to keep the northeast part of the room be either empty or there be a temple there. Don't make the book shelves above the study table. Put a lot of plants in this room. Avoid plants with thorns. You may even think of placing an aquarium here. Make sure that it's not a small bowl.
