I know I'm not Jordan lol but modge podge is basically like glue( and water I think)that gives you a smooth glossy finish on what you use it on so if u put it on glitter , it prevents the glitter from coming off and makes it smooth :)

ATTENTION on the blush , you have to use a paper towel to soak out the rubbing alchohal so like , put a paper towel in between the compact peices and push down CUZ RUBBING ALCHOHOL IS NOT GOOD FOR YOUR FACE TRUST ME you have to make sure it soaks out first
