- Part 3 of 4 of my Europe trip! I stayed in Paris, solo, for 4 days. I chose to stay in Paris while my mom and SILs went elsewhere because despite visiting a few times, I still wasn't able to visit some places on my Paris tourist list xD I also wanted to do a bit of slow-ish travel vs the pace my companions like haha
The only downside to being solo in Paris is no one to share/try pastries with xD Anyway I hope you enjoy! Comment below if you have any questions!

Just got back from Paris a few weeks ago. Yours look earlier than mine. Paris is beautiful in every step you take despite the weather sucks. I even caught a cold after Day 2. Even though I tried to cross off all my bucket list in Paris, I need the next trip really soon. Your vlog reminds my biggest regret of not having a chance to try chocolate mousse at Chapon.

Haha most of my expenses are food tbh 😅 For Le Loir Dans La Théière, I believe they had a cake/tart + tea combo and paid 14.5 euros total.

I think I would want to take home too many things and I would probably spend way too much time there. So fun! Food all looked so good too!
Glad you enjoyed it! Yes, I unfortunately wasn't able to take videos there but I got a couple of jewelry items - one of which happened to be real gold! The other ones that caught my eye were too worn or big/fragile to bring home unfortunately. If I lived there, I'd probably go frequently even if I don't have plans to buy anything because it was so nice to go around and browse haha thanks for watching! :)

new sub here! i chanced upon your vid because looking for a solo Filipina traveler to Paris. i am going on a biztrip to Amsterdam but doing a solo 4-day side trip to Paris for my birthday weekend. I plan to do touristy stuff as a first timer but hopefully can come back to explore. I hope I get to buy the Mokki bag in Polene but they are out of stock. Things seem to be safer now in Paris, wish me luck!

Lovely vlog…can’t wait to go in September. One question about poilane…you said you couldn’t bring back bread. Is it because it wouldn’t pass through tsa . I wanna bring back some to the states.
Thanks for watching! Regarding the bread, I had a few more days of the trip with no kitchen access, and my return flight was approx 20hrs. so I was also thinking of inconsistent temp. I'm not sure about security though but I would've placed it in my check-in luggage (if I had a shorter flight) :)

Thanks for watching! I had no problems thankfully, but have read other's not so great experiences. Definitely be extra vigilant especially at tourist spots and train stations. I didn't go out at night or stay in an area that can be unsafe. As for personal belongings, I did have a phone strap, and wore my bag under my jacket/coat. :)

You can check for flea markets on this website: vide-greniers.org/75-Paris and I also recommend the Portes de Vanves flea market (which is in the next Giverny/Normandy video) which happens every Sat/Sun. :)
