Good question, I don't believe it locks to the bracket, though I'm sure you could screw it down. I'm not worried about it. (Or place it interior, I've seen others place inside the garage. )
To wash a car you need to foam it with the gun then wash with a sponge. If you use a pressure washer to wash all the road film and grime it would possibly damage the paint.
Nice video. What's the model of the Ryobi power drill that you used to drill the brick wall? I'm looking for one to drill my brick wall and that looks exactly what I need!
Your main issue is you need to use a 5/8 hose and the shorter the hose the better. I have the same hose reel and I would not use it to feed a pressure wash
Yeah, getting a Y fitting on the spigot and running the shorter, larger diameter hose would be wise. That said, since a pressure washer is a small positive displacement pump, pushing water down a smaller diameter hose and out of a small orifice to the point it becomes "atomized" that hose would be just fine. Pressure washers can run on gravity fed systems too, so not really a huge issue.
Well, I wouldn't be surprised, uses a motor similar to that in a conventional vacuum cleaner or corded drill with gear reduction. It used to be the pressure washers used weather sealed induction motors. I had a Simoniz (Canadian Tire brand) unit that was quite nice to use, not noisy as it sounded like a pool pump when it was running. Unfortunately, it got quite old and the pump was more or less done when I went to see if I could fix it. Then again it was pushing 25-30 years old when I first got it.
That's really convenient but i would rather pull out my 4400psi gas powered pressure washer because it gets stuff done way quicker. For washer my cars I have a 2000psi electric pressure washer. You're technically supposed to not go over 1900 psi for washing a car but I find that 2000 is fine especially if you're not getting super close to the car.
Thumbs up for fun video, but I'll take my gas-powered 3000 psi washer any day. The 2 extra minutes of hook up time is nothing compared to the work hours it saves over an electric. The electric has the pressure, but lacks the flow (gpm)
Your Giraffe hose looks an awful lot like a Gardena hose system, just without the Gardena connects. Most gas pressure washers I have seen utilize 4 stroke engines so there isn't mixing of fuel. Also, you actually get more pressure and flow with a gas unit. Of course, that depends on the unit. Hmm, universal AC/DC motor with gear reduction...that'll maybe last two years. IF I was looking for an electric unit, I want one with an induction motor. I think I will stick with my well worn crappy vertical engine powered pressure washer for the time being. It does 2700 PSI and probably can wash the car just fine. It at least washes my power equipment without issue.
Looking at the plug, standard 120 V North American. Also, most home owner machines (like this one) run that way anyway. It's only a 13 A motor, similar to that in a conventional central vacuum or a circular saw, it really is a home owner machine.
Yes, then they had muriatic acid on the driveway, I hope they were wearing a little more than shoes, but even pants may be better if there's over-spray.
How? That didn't look like a sealed concrete driveway. Besides, the amount of time people spend obsessing over their driveways and lawns in North America is a waste of not only time, but also energy, money and bad for the environment. The only reason I want to have a decently maintained driveway is for the health of my snow blowers as well as liability reasons when using said snow blower. Painting the driveway is pointless to me as that wears away and affects the environment like calling the WeedMan for your lawn is also a waste of time, energy and money and again, bad for the environment.
Idk how much I trust a guy with a Ryobi collection
Especially a CLEAN Ryobi collection.
Holy crap, that is some impressive Ryobi wall, puts the display at Home Depot to shame!
Someday I gotta get a Home Depot sign in my garage 😆
Great review without BS. Best review so far. Thx
Does it lock to the bracket? Could be stolen if it's outside.

Nice video. Be careful with your car's coating don't get too close with the pressure washer.
I agree, thanks for the tip
@@AuthenTech you are welcome
Thanks for the great content😀
I blew off my paint on my front bumper doing that 🙄

doubt it buddy
@@DumbCarGuy I would think if you use the waser tip (0 degree) or the turbine tip.
Nice video. Do you cover it up when not in use or is it ok to leave unvocered and exposed to the weather?
Love you brother ♥️
Thanks for the visit
Great Job!
Thank you, Rob!

Yeah, if it doesn't lock to the bracket, then I guess any neighbors could"borrow" it. Watch those toes wifey!
I have a hundred security cameras pointing at mine ;)
Lots os amazon reviews state these break down after a few uses tho😂

Your pressure washer doesn't have an adjustable unloader/regulator? Usually when one buys something like that, they do.

I guess if I need to borrow a Ryobi tool, I know who to ask lol

I know it’s not enough, but seeing your wife using without shoes make me twitch.

Dude, you lucky you didn’t blow the paint off that bumper
Obviously sponsored lol.
😬 you just damaged your driveway with the power washer
