Charsaddawal roojay, one of best things you can do to rice, man i miss it, i am from mardan and we go to charsadda for this, you can eat it with dahi, or achar,..... yummmy

Very easy to cook first boil meat and then add some onion in oil black paper ginger then add that meat which boil same water also add and then mix rice or mong dal then boil again until it soft one thing more when meat boil it peices very small layer.. Then add to rice
