Still recommend? I noticed Comp. Cyclist has these on sale for nearly a grand now. Do they ride well? Been a fan of my Carbon Powertap hub wheels made by Reynolds, but ended up crashing and then tried to re-true it and the bike shop (some young kid) over tightened the spokes and I'm assuming test rode it and cracked the hub flange and it was out of warranty. So looking for another wheelset for my Crux gravel bike to use as a winter road bike. Still want to be able to ride fast on the road in summer if my other road bike goes down. My worry is the disc brakes aligning with my gravel wheelset.
This was a customer wheel that needed rebuilding. The customer had purchased these BEFORE beginning relationship with me and my store. I don’t recommend carbon wheels ever.
