Would be ok for a light snow to make a single pass on a 10m road top. The 160m would power out in heavier or drifted snow.

An intresting idea; why not use the concept of rubber tracks, something like the challenger tractor and the harvesters, replace the rear wheels with a type of track system and this would be the first ever half-track grader. -Would that be worth looking into? LGP track-grader system?
Ehhhh, what’s the point? Graders are for finish work, they rip just fine when they need too.

Yes, it can grade roads, parking lots or construction sites and plow snow. Thought I'll be the one to break to you the obvious.

Probably because the engine and hydraulic pump are positioned in between them....
+lytken You can pivot the centre of the machine to help with turning..kinda like the way a Frontend loader turns.

The whole rear tandem or quad axle pivots like a front loader. The reasons for this is two fold: shorter turning radius plus, while maintaining maximum possible stability during turning - more so than if just the rear wheels themselves turned. Also it would be twice more unstable if all four wheels were steerable while articulating the whole rear quad axle unit at the same time; with all the uneven ground and weight distribution, the grader could easily tip over.
