For Chicken Marination:-
Chicken 1 kg
Lemon 1
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Curd 1/2 cup or 4-5 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
Beaten malai 4-5 tbsp
Orange food colour 2 pinch
Onions paste 3 medium sized
Bay leaves 2
Cloves 4-6
Cinnamon stick 1
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 15
Green cardamom 4
Green chillies 3-4
Kewra essence 1 tsp
Cashew nuts 10-15
Coriander leaves
Water 1-1.5 cups
Cooking oil 150 ml
For Dry Fruits Paste:-
Almonds 12
Cashew nuts (Halved) 15-20
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Saffron 2 pinch
Green cardamom 10-12
Mace flower 1/2
Nutmeg 2 pinch
