I have always thought that it is necessary to learn words with their articles.
It actually is very important to learn them right away.

At lot of these words are very similar to English and I’m feeling good about this language I feel like I’m probably going to be kind of quick to learn this beautiful language 😁

Almost every word is related to German. Even a word like trenge (need) comes from drängen, dringlich. Or vifte (fan) sounds exactly like Lüfter. Groensak is Grünzeug.
