I have a question I’m new, how do you make a list to call without getting the risk of them being in the national so not call list?
Thanks for watching! There are several tools out there and some are built into CRM's depending on which brokerage you've aligned with. A dialer we use on our team here in Cary, NC is the Mojo dialer. They scrub their lists for NDNCL phone numbers. Good luck prospecting! It's THE way I built my entire business!
Hi Tina, could you explain how many contacts the average agent needs to make for a listing appointment? And how many appointments taken for a signed listing?
That's something individual to the agent, market and market conditions! That's why we preach over and over that you HAVE TO track your numbers! That way you will see the trend on your own. You'll begin to see that x# of calls = y# of appointments = z# of contracts! You goal is to then better those results each year and build a business that is automatic. You'll know that, "If I make x# of calls today, I will have z# of contracts this month!" Makes goal setting, mindset and SUCCESS so much more clear!
