i don't understand the ghost connection because i don't really care for ghost, except for their first album. i don't say this to knock that band, just so that maybe someone could explain things to me. i guess someone form ghost plays here, obviously. but without the silly costumes, it's impossible to tell he... i'm watching this because of henrik palm, who has great musical taste, and with 'many days' released one of the greatest 'alterno-punk' LPs i've ever heard in my 46 years of existence in this lonely planet. 'dogs' is a haunting song. and everything stands quite well live. plus, there's a voivod banner in the back! always thought some of palm's songs sound like voivod's stuff circa angel rat, mixed with some early sub pop/amphetamine reptile sounds, and just a dash of rudimentary peni! great!
Fernando Benitez Valencia Henrik played bass for Ghost during the Meliora period, and was briefly “promoted” to rhythm guitar after Martin Persner left. The other guitarist in this video was the lead guitarist on the second and third Ghost albums. They, along with the rest of the band, were both fired after threatening to quit in the middle of a tour, in a low IQ attempt at blackmailing the singer for more money.
You think maybe given the unfortunate circumstances surrounding them leaving they might have decided there's too many negative associations? I mean the RD's were pretty much their identity in that band. That or Forge owned them. Either way it's probably good they don't use them as it would just invite unwanted comparisons. Btw they don't go by Alpha anymore. That was a nickname associated with Ghost. It's not their real name.
@@devious.instinct Nope, Martin owns his Sunburst and 2 black RD's and has them at home, uses the sunburst with MCC and Simon has his white RD's at home, he's said in some interview thet the ehite SG is his favourite guitar so thay's why he mostly uses it. The RD's were custom made for Martin & Simon, they weren't given to Ghost.

check out Ghost's 2016 Lollapalooza show, Henke plays Martin's old black Gibson RD. Probably Tobias owns the RDs.
