Great video, thank you. How many total hours to sand the hull? At one point through the duration you mentioned 24 hours. Was that just for the one section up to that point?
no, I would not do it without one, I didn't bother talking about the respirator because there are none available right now due to the pandemic. The respirator works great, for the amount of dust I am wiping from the lens, would not want that in my eyes!!!
What grit of sandpaper have you started with 40-80 . I have the older model since 4 years and had that exact vacvum .. For major sanding i start with 40 grit but i don't know much about sail boat. Maybe that is to agressive.. great job!! ✌
Looking great Nick. Hope you and Dexter are staying Healthy
Abranet are looking good. That answers my question 👍
Glad to see Dexter out and exercising. We have a similar set up for sanding on our solid surface tops at work just a different brand.

Thank you for your review. Been debating on whether or not to get this sander or the festool rotex. Think I'm going to pull the trigger.
Hey, what kind of backing pad was used with Abranet sanding dscs? You did show it but it's not listed in the description. Thanks!
Never mind, I think I found it. It's a multi-hole Bosch backing pad.
You mentions that you have pad for the Abranet, Which model name is it? Where did you get the pad? Thank you.
well done - it looks and feels a tough job to do
with your water can you use the greywater from your shower for the toilet or is your shower going to be salt water?
I will be covering this on next week's video, will be giving an in depth look at how the system will function!
No comment on the Full Face Respirator? Would you do this work without one?

@@RenegadeADV true, but you can wear your respirator to QFC as well as the boat yard now ;) I will be donating my paper masks next time I see my doc.
Have you found tapered thru hulls ?
No.
Mine has them also, haven't seen any! I might go with Titanium next time! Good for life time!
