    Hi Kelly, I have one called 5 minute face. I could certainly do a whole treatment to myself but the video would be very long! I have a protocol but add or subtract from it since each face is different. This is were the art of microcurrent comes in. You literally sculpt the face. This is why I always show one or two areas at a time. I suggest following your manufacturers protocol then going back over problem areas with all the moves you got!

    Robin, I did a video on reviews of conductive gels for Microcurrent use. If you can't find the ones I mention, you can just use a water based gel, or even straight water for conductivity. As far as letting the probes touch, I've never heard that before, but it could be just your manufacturer being very careful. When the two probes touch there is no current running through the muscle or skin so the machine is not being effective in that second that they touch. I would recommend keeping about 1 1/2 inches between the two probes at all times for maximum muscle lift. If you are working just on the skin or product penetration you can put them closer together.

    Susanna, I use the large probes so that you can see what I'm doing and where I'm placing them. I have smaller probes for the face. The wands in the my videos are actually for the body. For best results, use what tires your hands less. I like the gloves, personally. But wands, probes or gloves - it doesn't matter which you use as long as they conduct electricity you will get results.

    Hi Christine. I appreciate your videos. I don't know if you've addressed this, but what are you dipping the wands in? I own a personal home machine and I've been a little afraid to try it. Also I read in the manual that you aren't suppose to let the steel wands touch because it somehow hurts the machine. Is that bunk?

    Lisa, hello from Indianapolis! When I perform facial microcurrent, I find the some of the best machines to be Bio Therapeutics and Jade Esthetics. Neurotris makes nice machines too. (There are many great machines.) However, remember, microcurrent is as much about technique as it is about the machine. Research well and make sure they offer training. If after a while you want to get better results, call me for a consult. I teach estheticians all over the world how to get fantastic facial microcurrent results.

    I am 44 years of age and looking for a home anti-age device that helps with lifting and acne scars. I have been looking at the microcurrent,RF and galvanized machines. I have also been watching your videos but I still don't know what would be the best for lifting and scars . Can you please give me some advice? Thanks in advance.

    Hi Christine, Loving your training videos. I have a jade machine too...love it!
    I want to use gloves. You mentioned an Esty's name that supplies them but I can't find her email address, please could you forward it. I am in Toronto, Canada and we don't have access to as much as you guys. Do you know when you are training again with Jane Mann. I missed October 18th weekend but will fly down for the next one to be trained by the masters! Thanks

      No, but that great info thanks. Just watching another of your videos and heard you mention the linked in micro too. I'm keeping watching your stuff and then will get a consultation with you one day. I wish you weren't so far away or i'd be there in person. Thanks for teaching me so much. I got great results with a client today using your method.....I was quietly singing your clever praises. Thanks, Im a better practitioner for it. I can't find decent training in Canada, let me know if you have any ideas.

    Hi Christine, I have a client who has Bells Palsy on the right side of the face. The frown lines are very prominent. I've been doing the MC for months now and it's a bit better. Should I increase the strength of the current to get better results?

    Do you use a gel or only water on the face when using the microcurrent?

    • @ChristineByerEsthetician
      @ChristineByerEsthetician  7 років тому

      Sharon Theroux I use a nourishing conductive gel on myself and client's as microcurrent pushes product into skin. However in videos for simplicity I use water many times.
