When that happens to me I usually dont wear makeup for a day or two afterwards, and while I'm doing that I put honey on my face as a mask. Make sure u warm it up in the microwave and then stir it with a spoon (not a metal one!) And I keep it on for an hour.
Good idea! I’m currently going through that. I used rosehip oil all over my face & I am breaking out so bad! Always happens with every oil I have ever tried. Makes me sad because I can’t have the same benefits as everyone else! 😕

You’re definitely correct! I notice with other UA-camr. Their face looks too perfect after makeup because of the lighting but before way different. I love the way you use natural lights and very up close tutorial! Agree I’ve been using the hourglass mascara again and omg it doesn’t smudge at all!!!

The L'Oreal foundation is so beautiful and long lasting. i too was concerned the first time i wore it - it felt dry on the skin but it looked so beautiful and natural and kinda flawless and it lasted all day. I just need to hydrate nicely underneath.

I totally get the preference for natural light, but I also wanted to add that I understand relying on natural light really limits your filming time. So if it's a rainy, dark week you might need to use a combination :)

I have tried sponge, dense foundation brush and a stippling brush with the L'Oréal foundation, and I like the stipple brush for a super light touch, which then does not blank out my freckles, but does help tone down to redness in my neck and cheeks.

Whoa, the entire look turned out so beautiful. The foundation looks so skin like and smooth for the coverage, that gorgeous purple shimmer, the seamless bronzer, the super glossy highlight, and the glossy lips...all together. Yeah, this test really was a win! Haha (And yes, natural lighting ALL the way! You have the right idea about that.)
I just started wearing the loreal foundation and love it for all the reasons you listed. To me it is a more full coverage version of mac face and body which I LOVE, thanks to you! Also for powder I LOVE the Maybeline loose fit me powder. It is ALMOST as good as the hourglass for a 1/4 of the price. You are a gem, keep up the good work! I'm so glad you addressed the mascara smudges under your eyes in your check in! It was driving me crazy, lol. I pretty much only wear the MAC Extended Play mascara on my lower lashes for that exact reason. Also, those purples from the ColourPop palette look so pretty on! I've been trying to resist that palette since I already have two of the shades in singles, but I don't know man, I might need it.
Back in college (like 2004) Burt’s Bees had potted cream blushes that I LOVED. Granted I wore barely any makeup back them, but I was obsessed. Curious how the stick ones compare. 🧐
