i don't think this'll affect xbow at all, the only thing she'd be able to snipe are archers or the ice wizard and you could always just place prediction skeletons in front to waste all three of her shots
It will be broken in cycle decks, since Musketeer is played a lot in Hog cycle, that's an issue. But the Evo itself it's reasonably balanced. When the inevitable nerf comes, it will be only meta in niche decks like how Evo FC is nowadays
