The guys in the video are the unit NCT 127 which has 9 members. The members include Taeyong the red haired leader of NCT in general, Mark, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, Johnny, Doyoung, Haechan, Taeil and Winwin.

Well, girl, as of 2019, there are 21 NCT members. The thing is, they are divided into 4 subunits: NCT 127 (the one featured in this video), NCT U, NCT Dream and NCT WayV (Chinese subnit). The red-haired guy you said kept popping up is TaeYong, NCT 127 and NCT U's leader, main rapper, main dancer, visual, center and face of the group. He's a total sweetheart and a cutie. NCT and EXO interactions are adorable~ and TaeYong (and all NCT members, actually) also loves and supports EXO~ there are many videos in which you'll see them fanboying over our boys~ they respect their sunbaes a lot!

the concept is a bit tricky to grasp at first but once youve got it down its easy!
NCT is basically a collection of subunits! at the moment there are 4 subunits, and the possibility to add more members/units in the future. in total NCT has 21 members so far.
NCT 127 is the unit with the most popularity atm i guess, there are 10 members total.
There is also NCT Dream (for the youngest members), NCT U (which pick and chooses from other subunits, so like some MVs from NCT U showcase 2 members and others showcase 7), and the newest is WAYV which is the chinese unit :)
The red/pink haired member in this video is Taeyong, the leader. He's talented and charismatic AF.

From what I understand, NCT is made up of 20+ members at this point, and they break down into four different subunits. Some members will cross into multiple subunits and stuff so it can be hard to pin down. The ones in this video were NCT127 - and someone with more knowledge than me can tell you whether there were any core members of that subunit missing.
