@@rickreeve1246 chili powder? What? If you use chili POWDER in Thailand you will be disowned by your family, lol. It's fresh or maybe dried chili flakes. plus chili has its own taste once you get past the hotness and in thailand everyone eats chili
to #2: simple answer ... they dont. good thai food can be eaten hot or cold just as fine. people usually at home make big batches of food and just have it sitting on a table for everyone to eat when they want, with a dome on top to keep flies away.
