What would the point have been of him doubling down? The dude asked him a question, he answered and the dude told him he was lying even though he had absolutely zero evidence of that. So at that point if he's gonna play games like that, why even try to defend yourself
As of right now, the Suns are #1 in the Western Conference. They have had a tough schedule too. The West is a tough conference, so for them to be doing well right now is a plus
Why are we acting like the Suns werent struggling last year when they got 6th seed last year? Why are we also acting like they didnt fix a lot of the issues they had that made them a 6th seed last year? New coach who can run an offense, 2 PGs with the best TO to assist ratio and a defensive prodigy in Ryan Dunn. The Suns will be a top 3 seed this season.
@@emmanuelabalihi5747 Yes they did. Less TOs means they give up less fastbreak points, which means they allow less points to opposing teams. 13th defensively is still top 15 and they're only going to get better. Yall like to talk about their defense like it's bottom 5. They got those offense and defense ranks while being a very inconsistent team btw. That aint gonna be the case this year under Coach Bud. They also got defensive pieces like Ryan Dunn, Oso, Mason Plumlee added onto who they already have. They addressed what they need to address.
I don’t blame this dude for thinking this. Hard to tell how much the suns got better when everyone they picked is extremely underrated. Tyus Jones helps greatly with turnover issues, Plumlee such an underrated add to replace undersized Eubanks, then suns draft 2 lengthy defensive rookies. Suns needed size and my opinion they really did everything they could to address in the offseason. I knew they’d better than last year. Maybe I’m bias as a suns fan, but I definitely didn’t think suns were going to be that good after the Nurk trade. Biggest surprise for me is Royce and Dunn 3 point shooting improvements as well as coach Bud
Ehh will see imo the rockets ceiling as a team is higher than the suns ceiling as a team the suns as a team also have more questions to answer than the rockets
Everything they struggled with last year has been resolved. They have the best 2 possible PGs they can have to mitigate the turnovers they were generating and their 4th qrtr woes are gone. Factor in that they still won 49 games with those issues and a coach who doesnt know how to run an offense. They replaced that guy with someone who does.
@@smoothsavage2870 as someone who watched them play my team the Timberwolves their biggest problem was their big man, they have zero interior resistance defensively and it really makes it hard to win games especially with the shot diet of their main scorers, the PG problem was greatly overblown but still a problem for them
I not that high on the suns either I do think they’re a playoffs team but I have them as 7th seed but they can easily be anywhere from 5-8 especially considering injuries
I not high on them either their two small and nurkic is a bigger disappointment than Ayton like they should have kept him was no bum you just had to keep him motivated and involve in plays and Montey Williams was not trying to do that and they have no defense and rim pressure to get easy offense for the team
@@akwesirobinson1710 I agree with everything you said besides trading Ayton. Ayton was clearly regressing and not helpful trading him was a good idea especially considering his contract but what they got in return was very questionable but maybe ayton value was never high I still think they have a coaching issue as well and the depth is very questionable still.

Right in theory the suns at the very least should have an explosive offense but we can only evaluate that in theory because the core three are hardly on the court together healthy if you told me booker, beal, and KD all play anywhere from 60-75+ games tyus continues to be one of the best assist to turnover guys nurkic provides solid production on the boards O'Neal and the rest of the role players hit their open shots and play solid defense then yes the suns easily could end up a 4-6 seed problem is we don't know if all these things are gonna happen

No Grayson Allen most that series, and most importantly suns had no size Eubanks was just statically really bad all year and then got injured in that series. when Nurk got off the court suns would blow leads. Durant had to play the 5 way too much. Suns can only do small ball against a way bigger team with basically zero front court depth. Mavs added a bunch of lengthy defenders at the deadline and went to the finals. Suns drafted lengthy rookies and added Miles Plumlee over undersized Eubanks. I know the suns would be way better than last year, plus add in Tyus for the turnover issues. Suns were a bottom 5 team in turnovers. Biggest surprise to me is Royce O Neal and Ryan Dunn improve 3pt shooting both great hustle defenders that are hitting their 3s at a high clip. Suns are night and day from last year under Coach Bud. Huge upgrade at backup center, good playmaking point guard, best defender in the draft. Suns needed length and got lengthier. Royce O Neale and Ryan Dunn have really improved their 3 point shooting especially Royce imo dude is shooting 52% from 3. Oh and new head coach.

You have a point but as a suns fan we were just too small last year. When Beal played we were one of the best teams by the end of the year.
