I bought Dosakai by mistake thinking it is cucumber fruit. Had no idea how to cook it. Saw this recipe and was super skeptical if it will be good, as it is blended raw and chopped and put in raw. Super skeptical. But trusted the recipe and the comments, and made it. And OMG, it is really tasty! I will be buying dosakai intentionally from now, to make this. I ate this with bread and it was such a nice combination! Absolutely shocked how good it is!
