A treasure indeed, and one I didn't know existed. Well judged tempi throughout, lovely phrasing, and his praeludium is as beautiful as I have heard, and I'm 70 and have heard quite a few. :) Pretty darn quiet for a Remington! I wonder if this is the same recording that was on a Westminster lp, which I've seen around but do not own. Almost forgot to thank you for this delicious post!
Hey @otterhouse - youtube has removed your Schubert klaviertrio op 100. in es dur and I am devastated because i believe that was the ultimate recording of the trio. Is there any way that you can repost it or something like that?

I thought the Westminster was the second recording. Much faster! For Westminster he recorded alle Six partitas

Yes reported that none of the four (!) claims were that perofrmance. But recently that does not matter very much, I noticed.
