➥Fan Pleats: To determine the size of the paper lay box down on paper. Height of paper should allow for both sides of the box to be covered past the half way point. Width of paper will be 3 box widths + 3 box heights. (Demo Measurements: Box used in Demo: 8.5 inches x 5.5 inches x 1.75 inches (21.59 cm x 13.97 cm x 4.445 cm). Paper used in Demo: 24 inches x 11 ¾ inches (60.96 cm x 29.84 cm).)

The wrapping paper has a really good quality 😮 what type is it?
Hello, this is kraft paper. It's often used for things like grocery bags and is easy to find. It's my favorite paper to wrap with! I purchased mine off Amazon (you'll find links to the exact products below the video in the description section) but you can even check your local craft shops and office supply stores.

Hello! I used a recyclable kraft tape which I found on Amazon (You can find the exact item listed in the material list within the description below the video). In creating this video I searched around for recyclable tapes. It worked surprisingly well for the light gift wrapping I did in this video (though I would not receommend it for heavy duty box packing). Hope that helps. Thanks for being here. ~Happy New Year. 🙂
Very beautiful, however, they aren't very eco-friendly when still using tape and glue. The wording is very misleading.
Hello! Thank you for your comment. ♥ For that reason I'm using recyclable kraft paper tape in this video (as well as a plant based glue stick). With this video I was trying to give alternatives to popular wrapping materials. Upon reflection I should have listed the materials on the screen itself (like here: ua-cam.com/video/Z6D39IdI2_o/v-deo.html) instead of within the description section below the video. That said, it's not perfect for sure! Fabric wrapping is much more eco-friendly and is a direction I want to explore more in 2024. I made a conscious choice to only use recyclable papers in my videos in January 2023. Next year I want to experiment with more recyclable adhesive materials and showcase many more ways to wrap with fabric.
