The first vlog I watch from Iman, i got this Ondo kinda feeling, i subscribe. I am that simple. . Later try to record my own ondo kinda vid, i terribly failed 😂
Iman, I've been also struggling with acnes (even cystic acnes) but everything got better since I reduced my daily intake of dairy products, simple carbs (white rice, noodle, white bread, refined sugar, and processed foods and beverages), broiler chicken and egg (it depends on the person but it's my major trigger due to my hormones, I guess), also try to eat more vegetables and fruits to balance out your body pH. It sounds impossible to cut them out, so I'll just tell you to reduce them lol. Maybe you can try it out and see a great change on your skin.
