Just returned after a fabulous 7 day trip. Everything about the hotel we were happy with especially the system for reserving sun beds. You book via an app in advance and you have the use of that bed all day, the system stops the silly o clock brigade. We have rebooked for September next year.
Great review , supposed to be going to this hotel this year but had to postpone until next year (hopefully) due to covid. Never been to tenerife. Looks a lovely place.

Its my 8th year going to this hoteland i we are all going again next year. also. I have to correct you because you can dress how you feel for the evening meal. There is absolutely NO dress codeat all. Shorts are aloud. Your not on a cruise ship. We only just come back in June.

Alan, The Platinum Suite rooms are much larger than the standard fare, most have a partial open plan bathroom with a stand alone bath and a much larger seating area with usually corner sofas, not all the Platinum Suites have a sea view, so if you have booked a sea view suite, you should have one of the best rooms in the hotel. Hope you enjoy it, please feel free to let us know in the comments, when you have completed your stay.
It was pretty full when we visited and would imagine that demand will be high when we are allowed to travel again, however, it never felt busy/full, there are plenty of areas to chill and plenty of available sunbeds. A really nice hotel with a great relaxed atmosphere. Hope you get to try it soon. Thanks for your comments.
Thank you for recommending, I make reservation for June next year, I just like ask if you could let me know, this is not all inclusive 😉, how I make reservation its only count breakfast, that mean lunch and dinner have to be paid, it's expensive ? I will be there first time , and I'm from USA 🇺🇸. I will be so thankful 🙏 💗 if you short let me know.Thank you
Thanks for the question, if you have already booked, you will be able to upgrade when you get to the hotel. If you are still able to book, shop around, there are always deals available somewhere on the internet. Bed & breakfast, half board, full board and all inclusive are available, as are a choice of rooms, I hope you enjoy your stay.

went there a few years ago nice hotel ,and the food was lovley i would go back if i could afford it .

Yes, excellent evening entertainment - tribute bands, live music artists etc, high quality on our visit.
How busy does the hotel get?
