This video is for sure a little bit more intense, and I want to make sure that anyone who may be triggered by this knows that.
This video is talking about my all-time low, my all-time rock bottom moment of depression.
Let me know in the comments if you want me to go into more detail in a future video.

Hey man, your vid came up in the results when I was looking for rock bottom experiences, and yes severe depression is being drained to the point you give yourself lots of time to do absolutely nothing and it goes into a cycle of inertia and self pitying that is almost impossible to pull yourself out of alone. I've been here and got "better", however it's very easy to fall back into it. This part of you never goes away. Sometimes it feels like misery is your true self

I am always the first one to admit that this is going to always be a part of who I am. Depression and anxiety aren’t something you can “fix” or “make go away.” There’s good days, and inevitably bad ones. My goal is always to just share that the good days are worth fighting through the bad ones. Keep your head up, and always here to talk. Take care of yourself.

    Your are Strong!!
.... i am not. I cannot get over this. I lost my career job and cannot go back!!.... it's all i want, but unable. I have no happiness in anything. I only suffer everyday. Like you've mentioned. Depression is downward, and is like quicksand. No one can say anything to me...., im also stuck now. Im unable to even want to get out of the apt. I sit. Life is so horrible. Its torture. I hope i can get that moment youve gotten, to kinna snap out of this.... 🙏4u, and all of us...

Sometimes all it takes is a comment. A loving statement to pull you from absolutely worthless to at least having the hope to get to get better. We all have that strength within us, sometimes it’s just harder to find.
